Details:

Security/Room attendants assigned to the event based on 1 per every 50 to 100 guests depending on the occasion priced at $25/hour each.

Pricing includes 2.5’ Square, 5’ &/or 6’ Round Tables & Black Folding Chairs. There are no discounts should the client choose to rent specialty chairs or choose to bring in their own tables.

Standard cotton/polyester blend linens are included. For outside caterers, hall pricing includes skirted buffet tables. Specialty Linens Available from $9 each, per guest table.

Pricing includes 2 hour of set up time and 1 hour tear down time. If more time is necessary, please coordinate with the Special Events Director no less than 48 hours prior to event.

Pricing is subject to vary based on event-specific needs and guest counts.

Hall Fees Offset by Food & Beverage Packages:
|
Should the client accept both food and beverage packages through Bugsy’s Catering, Hall Fees are discounted by 50%.
Should the client accept a hosted bar beverage package, hall fees are discounted by 25%.
|
Beverage Services: Per our licensing, it is unlawful to allow clients to bring in and serve their own alcoholic beverages either of their own supply or through a licensed caterer. Therefore, please consider pricing for the following beverage packages for your event:
- Full Cash Bar: $25/hour for Bartender (s) only; drink tickets available for purchase.
- Full Hosted Bar: $9.95per person for the first hour; $5 each additional hour..
- Hosted Beer & Wine Bar: $8.95 per person for the first hour; $4 each additional hour.
- Non-Alcoholic Packages: $2.95 per person, up to 4 hours; $1 each additional hour.

In-House Audio Visual Options:
DJ/MC Service: $125/$150 per hour respectively; Includes PA System.
PA System: $150 Flat usage Fee; Microphone(s): $45/each.
For Outside DJs using in-house PA: $100 refundable deposit per speaker
Overhead Projectors with 8’ Screens: $50/each (max. 3)
